The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice, in the middle of the city. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from Pret a Manger, offering food to go.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

The room we stayed in came with an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Plus, it was just a 10-minute walk to the tube station for Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3. ☕.

He helped me to arrange transportation to the site and was always happy to receive my feedback.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to where I needed to be and had easy access to public transportation. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I didn't enjoy the lack of amenities available at the hotel. There wasn't a gym or a pool, and the breakfast options were limited.
